The owners of this home had been initially considering a log home aesthetic before deciding to build a Deltec round home on their 25-acre property.
They were drawn to the open floor plan possibilities provided by the Deltec round design, which does not require load-bearing interior walls. This amazing home includes a 1500 building block connected to two 800 building blocks for a combined 3,100 square feet, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The owners loved their home so much, they also built a Deltec guest house on their property!
The wall of windows and expansive wrap around deck provide stunning views from inside and outside the home. The center kitchen is half-moon-shaped and flows harmoniously with the curved exterior wall in the open living area. The cedar exterior siding gives the home the lodge look and feel that the owners were seeking and blends beautifully with the surrounding wooded environment.
