Every product we use to build your Deltec shell is stored indoors where they are kept safe and dry. Your home's lumber is not exposed to the elements until it hits the jobsite, so there is no damage by sun, mold, or moisture.

In building your Deltec shell we create components using computer-aided equipment and time-honored craftsmanship in our factory, where quality control is monitored closely. This guarantees a perfect fit and a simpler construction process on-site.

During the building process, we analyze your home based on snow and seismic loads, wind speeds, exposure category, and location of exterior shear walls. This performance engineering gives you the assurance of a secure, solid home based on your needs.

Once your Deltec shell arrives at your chosen site, it goes up quickly, usually in less than a week. The rapid drying in process protects the materials from exposure and saves substantial time and cost in the construction schedule.
