The best way to imagine yourself in a Deltec Home is to visit our model home in Mars Hill, NC. Our model's hours are Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and by appointment Monday through Wednesday 8:30 to 5:30.

To see first-hand the production of a Deltec Home, give us a call and we’ll gladly schedule a tour of our 102,000 square foot production operation and offices, anytime from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

We also would like to invite you to our Free Homebuilding Seminars held six times a year where you can learn about green building and the Deltec systems built construction method, tour the model and production facility, and meet all the people that make it happen.

We live 25 miles from the epicenter of a 5.8 quake. Unlike many people around us in this area, we came through it unscathed. The house is solid as a rock! No cracks to walls inside or out, none to foundation, and none to stucco or stone exterior. I have to say when we realized what was happening, it never occurred to us to run out of the house because we know how well this house is constructed.
