Deltec Homes is located in beautiful downtown Asheville, in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Asheville is easily accessible by car from either I-26 or I-40.

Driving Directions:

To our business offices and production facility: From I-26 HEADING WEST or HEADING EAST- Take exit 25 for NC 251 toward University of NC at Asheville. From the East at end of ramp go straight through the intersection onto Riverside Drive. From the West at end of ramp take a left onto Broadway St then your first left onto Riverside Dr. Once on Riverside Dr. take your first right onto Pearson Bridge Rd. At the end of Pearson Bridge Dr. take a left onto Bingham Rd. Deltec Homes Production Facility will be on your left just past the Buncombe County Board of Education.

To our New Model Home in Mars Hill: FROM I-26 HEADING WEST or I-26 HEADING EAST - In Mars Hill take exit 9. Take your 1st right onto Crossroads Parkway. Go approximately 8/10 mile and turn right onto Parkway View Rd. Go 2/10 mile and take the first right onto Manor Rd. The model will be on your left.

We live 25 miles from the epicenter of a 5.8 quake. Unlike many people around us in this area, we came through it unscathed. The house is solid as a rock! No cracks to walls inside or out, none to foundation, and none to stucco or stone exterior. I have to say when we realized what was happening, it never occurred to us to run out of the house because we know how well this house is constructed.
