Design Process

Must choose a predesigned floor plan. Customers select siding type, window brand, foundation type, overhang style, and are able to select certain additional options.
Custom designed home. Some plan revisions are typical. Full range of Deltec options available.
Custom designed home. Additional planning time allows for maximum collaboration, and numerous plan revisions are typical. Full range of Deltec options available. Common for custom designed net-zero homes.

 

Site Requirements

Land owned by customer. Standard permitting process.
Land under contract owned by customer. Standard permitting process.
