Deltec Homes is located in beautiful downtown Asheville, in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Asheville is easily accessible by car from either I-26 or I-40.

Driving Directions:
FROM I-26 HEADING WEST or I-40 HEADING EAST - Both Interstates intersect with I-240 just Southwest of town. - Take I-240 East to Exit 5B (Charlotte Street) and take a right off of the exit ramp. - Go to your next traffic light (College Street) and take a left. - Travel two blocks and just before entering the tunnel, take your last right (This street is also College.) - Go about 50 yards and Deltec will be the first driveway on the left.
FROM I-40 HEADING WEST (Exit 53) - Continue on I-240 West to Exit 6 (Chunn’s Cove Road) and take a left off of the exit ramp. - Go to your next traffic light (Tunnel Road) and take a right. - Continue for less than a 1/4 mile and go through the tunnel. - 50 yards after exiting the tunnel, take your first left (College St.) - Go about 50 yards and Deltec will be the first driveway on the left.
