Designing your Deltec home is a very simple process. As you begin the design phase your personal design consultant will work closely with you in order to understand your goals so that you get the house that you want. A Deltec home allows for a high degree of design flexibility, so just about anything is possible. Choose from a one, two or three story plan. Add wings or connect multiple models in an unlimited variety of ways.

It all begins when you put your ideas to paper, and we can accomplish that in a number of ways. While some clients can produce highly detailed drawings, this isn’t generally the norm: most often we get rough sketches that simply define the space, general placement, and number of rooms. Sometimes we get a straight-forward list of wants and needs on a piece of paper, with no design detail at all. Even if all you can do is give us a verbal description of what you envision, that’s enough to get us started. No matter how you communicate the house you envision, our design team is highly experienced in getting your ideas on paper and turning them into a buildable and livable floor plan, so there's no need to feel stressed. Once we have an understanding of your ideas we will produce a preliminary sketch of your home. That's when the design process, and the fun, really begin.

You will have plenty of opportunity to revise, add to, or take from your plan and methodically work through the design phase to develop the perfect floor plan for your new home. We have decades of success working with homeowners to create beautiful, open floor plans in such a way that there is a seamless flow of communication that simplifies and streamlines your building process.
