Introducing the Appalachian Collection, a new line of affordable yet architecturally striking homes offered exclusively with turn-key construction to homebuyers in Western North Carolina.

Deltec has collaborated with three leading local architects and Asheville panelized home manufacturer Logangate to design twelve distinct homes in the Appalachian Collection. The result is a line of homes that offers incredible value through floor plans that ‘live large’, with various options allowing for adaptation, expansion and customization.

The Appalachian Collection is built to the same standards of excellence and sustainability as Deltec's signature round homes. They are built with precision-engineered components inside the Asheville factory, out of the weather, to ensure a flawless structure. Each model will be Energy Star Certified and designed to use 15 to 30 percent less energy than a typical new home, with the option to go all the way to a zero energy home if desired.

The Appalachian Collection features Craftsman-Inspired Homes that are contemporary interpretations of the cottages and bungalows of the early 20th century for which Asheville is renown, and mountain-style post and beam construction updated to a sleek, contemporary design.

Deltec has worked closely with several local suppliers to provide sustainable interior finish options for any budget. Homebuyers can customize a wide array of features to fit their budget and sustainability needs, such as: interior finishing, lighting fixtures, kitchen cabinets and counters, plumbing fixtures, flooring, bath hardware, interior and exterior doors and hardware, fireplaces, closets, appliances, interior trim, roofing and insulation.

Most two and three bedroom homes in the collection, excluding land, range from $150,000 - $275,000. Completion is guaranteed in five months or less, and each home is covered with a two year warranty from the time of construction.
