Deltec Homes launches six new styles to the unique round design

After four decades, Deltec Homes continues to maintain an eye for unique floor plans and a passion for creative artistic detail, the very essence that established us as a visionary in the field of residential architecture and unique home design.

Deltec recently partnered with a renowned architect, adding yet another chapter to the Deltec story and leading to the creation of six new styles, each expressing the unique architecture of its region and allowing you to express your sense of style in exciting new ways. This in turn allowed us to enhance many exterior options for your home. From timber frame porches to eyebrow dormers and everything in between, our round home design works with nature in profound ways.     

Classic Mountain Style- A wrap-around timber entry porch allows this Deltec to feel at home almost anywhere. The bay windows, awnings and shake siding help provide a wonderfully balanced character.

Arts and Crafts Mountain Style- Through a subtle combination of craftsman details, this home complements any landscape. Eyebrow dormers and a spacious entry porch welcomes guests, and the siding adds a sense of balance and proportion.

Coastal Island- The Victorian-inspired porch provides a centerpiece to this classic design. A crescent balcony provides a wonderful retreat for capturing your view. Vertical siding and decorative window trim complete the ensemble of this refined home.

Coastal Low Country- The low-country-inspired porch compliments elegant shake siding and decorative window trim. The open decks and covered porches allow for ample outdoor living space while a privacy screen at the foundation provides connection to the site.

Single Level Town & Country- A simple timber frame entry porch welcomes visitors into this classic design. Vertical siding complements full-height windows, and the master bedroom in the crescent wing allows you to take in surrounding views.

Two Story Town & Country- Timber frame porches add a simple elegance to this versatile home. A crescent nook provides space for a sun room or retreat, while the decorative roof supports and dormers add interest to the Deltec roofline.

 

Our goal in creating these new styles was to inspire the creativity of our homeowners. Each of the features presented in these renderings can be used on any model size or home configuration, allowing for complete flexibility as you design your dream home. Some homeowners choose to build their home exactly like their favorite rendering, while others choose their favorite features and adapt them to their ideal model size.

Each Deltec home is custom built, and almost every home that we design is different. Every home is custom built

At the heart of every Deltec round house is the self-supporting roofing system. Because there are no load-bearing walls on the interior of a Deltec circular house, we can create the perfect custom home plan just for you.

Other round homes such as yurts, monolithic domes, and geodesic domes also provide a wonderful living environment while offering excellent energy efficiency and wind resistance. A Deltec home, however, has many features that other yurt-style homes do not offer.
