Simple Prefabricated Panelized Construction

The fact that Deltec homes are so easy to build has been one of the cornerstones of our success. We ship our prefabricated home kits all over the world where they are efficiently assembled and finished by builders who have had no previous experience with our design.

A Deltec home kit is technically referred to as a “Panelized Building System”. Simply put, this is a method of prefabricating a home in a factory setting where it is then shipped to the jobsite and placed on a permanent foundation so that it will function and perform with very predictable results.

Our precise building system allows for a quick and accurate assembly of your home's structural components. Most home packages can be dried in within a few days to a week.
