Assembling and finishing our prefabricated circular home kit is easy; a builder simply uses conventional construction materials and practices. It's really just like any home with 2x4's, 2x6's, open web trusses but with a slightly different shape. Unlike the complexities and steep learning curve that comes with some yurt and dome construction a Deltec circular home is designed to go up fast, saving you time and money.

Most Deltec homes are built by contractors that have had no prior experience with our unique circular design. We can provide low cost, on-site technical assistance when desired for the prefabricated shell assembly or your builder can work with our in-house construction experts.
