A Well-Designed and Well-Built Home

Once you have decided to build a Deltec Home you will work with your personal Design Consultant to plan, develop and finalize the perfect floor plan and model configuration for your home design. This is a simple and fun process and will be driven by you and your personal timeline.

As your home’s floor plan is being developed, your Design Consultant will work with you in the selection of your remaining features and options. Local building codes, engineering requirements and site issues are also addressed so that we can begin the final design of your homes structural components. This systematic approach to your home’s planning helps prevent unexpected and costly delays and changes that might spring up late in the design process or on site.

Once your home’s planning has been finalized we can start the preparations needed to begin the manufacturing process of your new home. Since all of these elements are continuously scrutinized and reviewed during the design process, your prefabricated circular home kit should be ready to assemble immediately once it has arrived at your job site. This will help ensure a fast and trouble-free assembly of the Deltec prefabricated home kit.

Once the Deltec shell has been dried in, the interior finish is completed, just like a traditional site built home. Deltec will work closely with you and your builder throughout the entire construction process to help ensure a successful build.
