Standard construction practices

Unlike other geometric designs a Deltec home is built and finished using standard construction materials and practices, such as open web trusses, 2x4’s and 2x6’s, and standard windows and doors. The Deltec building system makes building a unique and highly engineered home very easy and simple.

Design flexibility 

Unlike other home styles, a Deltec home offers maximum design flexibility. Our self-supporting roof system is the heart of our design. It rests on the outside walls of the home allowing you virtually unlimited flexibility with your floor plan. Under most conditions there are no load bearing supports on the main level of a Deltec home, so you are limited only by your imagination.

Deltec Homes is on the cutting edge of construction science. Some of our key staff members regularly contribute articles and speak to national publications and events on green building, hurricane and seismic resistant homes, and home construction in general. When you build a Deltec home you will have access to our entire knowledge base and experience, no matter what or where you are building.

Financially stable partner

Deltec Homes responsible business practices allow us to stay healthy through the current economic and housing crisis. When you decide to build a Deltec home you will be asked to place a small deposit, typically five thousand dollars per structure. We will only ask for additional and final payments weeks prior to your scheduled delivery. Compare that to some of our competitors who might ask for many times that up front, all of which is usually non-refundable.
