As a family business, the people of Deltec Homes are aware of the impact COVID-19 is having on the lives of so many, including our customers, community, family members and friends. We are thankful to see many coming together and the gestures of goodwill and kindness that are springing up from all over, even while we continue to see the financial and health impact this pandemic is having on so many.
We’re listening to our clients from all over the United States and see the impact that this is having on all of us daily. We hear you and we want to help. Deltec is providing relief measures to help people through these challenging times. Here is how:
Refund flexibility- We will provide a full refund of your deposit that was placed from January 1, 2020, or is placed through June 30, 2020, should you lose your job or have a COVID-19 related health issue during this time.
Essential worker recognition —We are extending our military discount of 7% towards the Deltec Homes package to all healthcare workers as well as any other essential worker who places a design deposit by June 30th. Like the military, they are on the frontlines protecting and serving, whether they are in the emergency room or delivering packages so we can shelter-in-place safely.
More support—We are here to provide additional individual support for anyone who is currently building a Deltec home through extended hours and more remote consultations, while still providing our dedicated support throughout the full construction process.
Finally, we are providing additional help to our local community here in Asheville, NC through One Buncombe.
