As you’ve seen in previous blog posts, a lot of people are curious about how long it takes to build a Deltec home. We demonstrate various timeline scenarios on our Building Timeline page, but recently we’ve had a lot of questions about how fast a Deltec can be delivered. While we very much appreciate the eagerness to have a Deltec shipped to your jobsite quickly, sometimes there is a misconception about how quickly.

We take great pride in the amount of precision, engineering and quality that goes into each of our homes. While we would love to be able to deliver that in as little as 1-2 months, it simply isn’t feasible. In order to provide a home that outperforms all others in terms of efficiency and strength, we focus on getting it done right, rather than getting it done fast.

With that said, below we’ve outlined the likely scenarios for getting your home delivered this year based on two different deposit dates. Depending on the design process you choose, you could start as early as this summer!

The best part? Once its delivered, it usually takes less than 1 week to assemble the structural shell.
