This month’s featured home takes us to Tennessee! Don & Linda built our 1600 model with a 16’x16’ connect to an 800 round garage. The home features a finished basement, 3 bedrooms/3 bath, wrap around porch & amazing metal roof.

When asked why they chose a Deltec for their four-acre lot, Don simply explains “it’s different!”.

While that is very true, Linda continues “I might add that the panoramic views it provides are stunning. We’re surrounded by trees and wildlife and some days it feels like that’s all inside with us because of our use of glass.”

Due to the shape and design flexibility of our Classic Deltecs, creating a panoramic view is a breeze! Not only are they enjoying their views, but Don & Linda also enjoyed their homebuilding process.

“It’s really been fun from concept through design, to selecting the finishes and finally placing furniture and wall decor. We could not be happier with the end product.”
