From design to construction, customer experience is a top priority. We believe building a home shouldn’t be a long, stressful process, which is why we’ve designed our building system to be assembled quickly and easily. The precision-engineered components make it straightforward for any builder to put together. Since it’s prefabricated in a climate-controlled factory, you don’t have to be concerned about weather delays that most traditional builders experience.
Once shipped to your jobsite, the shell is placed on a permanent foundation, assembled—typically in five to seven days—and finished by your local builder. Our in-house construction expert is available to answer any questions for your builder or we can provide an on-site technical assistant to guide the assembly of your shell.
Open web floor trusses are set in a radial pattern on your prepared foundation.
Pre-cut 5-ply plywood floor sheathing is installed.
Installation of the wall systems starts once the floor sheathing is completed
Roof trusses are installed
Pre-cut 5/8″ plywood roof sheathing is installed to complete the roof
The finished structural shell, usually complete in a week or less
