Steve Linton - President

Steve, a LEED Accredited Professional and formerly a BPI Certified Professional, has been with Deltec since 2007. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to Deltec, he worked as a project manager on multiple historic renovation projects in Boston and spent several years teaching math and science. An active member of the community, Steve is on the board of the Western North Carolina Green Building Council and volunteers for Meals on Wheels. He’s married with two sons and loves rock climbing and mountain biking.

Mark Bloomfield - Team Leader

Mark has been with Deltec for over 15 years. His favorite thing about his position is helping people from all over the world realize what’s possible in a home, and he learns something new each day. A dedicated family man, Mark’s favorite thing to do when he’s not working is to spend time with his wife and two kids, and oh yes, sometimes play a little golf.


Dallam Hart - Team Leader

Dallam joined Deltec in 1997. A graduate from College of Charleston, Dallam finds working with all types of people with different life stories very interesting and enjoys helping them with their homebuilding project. When he’s not working, Dallam is a youth soccer coach and enjoys to go camping, swimming and fly fishing with his wife and two children.

Tim Riddle - Team Leader

Tim began his career with Deltec in 2000. He enjoys working with a variety of clients, whether a young couple wanting to build their first home, grandparents looking for a family vacation home or a single retiree wanting to downsize. In his spare time, he likes to road bike, play competitive darts or hike with his wife Leah and dog Bronco.

Matt Oblinsky - Director of Engineering

Matt leads Deltec’s engineering team, focusing on providing floorplans and generating drawings for the production facility. He finds it extremely satisfying to take a customer’s design and bring it to life. Matt attended North Carolina State University. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with his family, running, flag football and golf. He’s also a fan of Pittsburgh sports teams and classic movies.

David Ledford - Sales Advisor

David started his career with Deltec in 2004. Working with people who really care about their Deltec makes his job even more interesting and fun. David has been a member of the dart league for more than two decades. When he’s not playing darts, he loves playing golf, coaching baseball and spending time with his family and dog, Tiki.

Tom Mitchell - Sales Advisor

Tom has lived in several large cities around the country and now calls Asheville home. Having traveled extensively in his sales career, he enjoys talking to and helping people from all over the world. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Tom enjoys relaxing with his family, hiking the great outdoors, cycling, swimming, fishing, good wine and of course, the many craft beers of Asheville.

Steven Hall - Sales Advisor

Steven started his career with Deltec in 2016. He enjoys working with the many interesting people that make sustainability part of their life’s mission. If Steven isn’t hitting up one of Asheville’s many eclectic restaurants, shows or hiking trails, you may find him with pen in hand creating a piece of art.

Stephen Hyder - Sales Advisor

Stephen was born and raised in Asheville. After renovating a home in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, he understood the importance and need for quality construction. As a father of four, he loves playing with his kids and eating anything his wife bakes ("she is a wizard").

Chad Moore - Senior Project Manager

Chad started with Deltec in 1998 in the drafting department. Today he works directly with homeowners on all different aspects of building their home, including design, drafting and construction. Helping create a working floor plan from customer ideas and turning it into a beautifully finished home is very rewarding. Chad and his wife have two daughters. In his leisure time, he likes hiking, skiing and golfing.

Mark Bennink - Project Manager

Mark is a University of South Carolina graduate who enjoys interacting and connecting with people, especially when it comes to building their home. He is constantly trying to learn new things and always remains curious. When he’s not working, you can find him playing soccer—or cheering for his favorite team, Manchester United—hiking, rafting, enjoying a craft beer or spending time with his wife and two dogs.

Leigha Dickens - Green & Sustainability Manager

Leigha Dickens is passionate about the environment and sustainability. She enjoys teaching others about energy efficiency and writing about environmental issues in various media. Leigha works with customers to evaluate their sustainability options and provides technical expertise about Deltec’s green products. She’s also a certified RESNET HERS rater and has her BS in physics from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
