What’s included in the 360° Signature base shell price?

The base shell price covers the complete 360° Signature structural shell designed for a slab foundation (other foundation types require selecting corresponding floor system option). It includes open-stud Energy Wall panels, a clear-span round roof system, factory-installed windows and factory-installed engineered wood siding. Pricing for all models except Backyard Cottages also includes a set of bid-ready construction drawings, with details for making your home Net Zero Ready if desired.

360° Signature homes are available in all 50 states. Homes in coastal Florida and the Caribbean require a level 3 high wind upgrade. Backyard Cottages are not available in the Caribbean. See our FAQs for more information.
