The pricing includes open-stud Energy Wall panels, our self-supporting round roof system, factory installed Marvin Elevate windows, and factory-installed wood-composite siding. Pricing also includes a set of bid-ready construction drawings, including details for how to make your home Net Zero Ready if desired. You can add any of the available options through the pricing configurator on our website. Shell pricing does not include taxes, delivery, or shell assembly by Deltec. Exact energy savings will vary based on site-specific variables. These estimates do not include on-site renewable energy generation; adding that would mean even more energy savings.
360° Design Studio
Shell Pricing. The shell pricing for the 360° Design Studio is shown as a range because you have a lot more flexibility in the overall design (as compared to the 360° Signature Collection). The lower end of the range assumes your home has a slab foundation, while the higher end of the range will accommodate crawlspace, basements or piling foundations. The lower-end of the range includes the Deltec wall panel system, our self-supporting round roof system, factory-installed Marvin Elevate windows of standard sizes, and factory-installed wood-composite siding. The higher end of the range will accommodate additional options such as metal roofs, high-wind packages, porches, wood ceilings, and more.
